1. YOUR ORDER AND CONTRACT FORMATION
1.1 By placing an order through our site or by telephone you warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
1.2 All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. Payment will be taken at the time of placing your order. You can pay by PayPal and of course when you order in-store we accept cash as well.
1.3 When you submit an order to us, you will be asked to provide us with some personal information. This will be processed in accordance with our PRIVACY POLICY.
1.4 The contract between you and us will be formed when we accept and confirm your order.
2. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
Availability of your order and estimated delivery date will be confirmed as soon as possible following your order. In the event we are unable to fulfil your order, we will advise you and offer other alternatives or a full refund of any monies paid.
3. RISK AND TITLE
The books and other Products you may order through our site will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the books and any other Products you may order from our site will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
4. PRICE
4.1 The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. These prices include VAT. Please note that if you pay via PayPal there will be an administrative charge levied on your order.
4.2 Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders placed.
4.3 If a Product is incorrectly priced and that Product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
4.4 We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Despatch Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing.
5. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
5.1. You may cancel an order placed online or by telephone for any reason at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. In this case, you must send the Products to us in their original, not damaged packaging and in an unused condition; and once we receive and inspect the Products, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products less an administration fee.
5.2 To cancel an order, you must inform us by email at info@jonnierocket.com. You must also return the Product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, once we have received and examined the returned Products.
5.3 When you return a Product to us:
(a) within the 7 day cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, including the cost of sending the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
(b) due to a defect, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Products assessed to be defective will be replaced and delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us refunded.
6. OUR LIABILITY
6.1 All Products are sold without any warranties whatsoever.
6.2 We exclude indirect losses even if foreseeable, including but not limited to loss of income or revenue; loss of business; loss of profits or contracts; loss of anticipated savings; loss of data however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.
